There are no changes at the top of any of the four polled divisions, but past performance is not indicative of future success. The top programs in each division continue to challenge each other and make things interesting.

Across the Midwest, from Ohio to Nebraska, established regional powers showed why they are exactly that, but in South Dakota, an outsider came in and took all the glory.

With several Nebraska contenders ready for another good result after competing on Jan. 17, there was bound to be some shaking up. However, above them all, the Linn-Mar program commanded the most success on the day.

Linn-Mar starts their competition slate off with a sweep, Urbandale shows that they haven’t missed a beat, De Pere goes back-to-back to start 2026 and ATSC shows vintage form at Millard West.
