Two of California’s four Advanced Mixed 1 programs have new directors in 2026. That includes the newest outfit to the club, John F. Kennedy Executive Order.

This is the first edition of HomeRoom’s poll rankings of Illinois for the 2026 season, covering results from the week of Feb. 7 and earlier. Three regional experts considered 39 groups and ranked 20 of them across three divisions.

Three regional experts evaluated 35 of Nebraska’s top show choirs to determine the rankings. While divisions are primarily based on NSAA cutlines, some adjustments were made for groups that compete in multiple divisions throughout the season.
