As the Snow Melts, The Rankings Settle: Ohio Show Choir Rankings (3/6/26)

The end of February means that the end of the show choir season is near for Ohio. There are only two more weekends of competitions taking place in Ohio.

Four regional experts were surveyed on 25 of Ohio's best show choirs. The results, plus some news and notes, are included below.
Large Mixed
Marysville “Swingers Unlimited” (4 first-place votes, no change)
Findlay “First Edition” (NC)
Solon “Music In Motion” (NC)
Loveland “By Request” (NC)
Fairfield “Choraliers” (NC)
Piqua “The Company” (NC)
Olentangy “Keynotes” (NC)
Grove City “Touch of Class” (NC)
ETC “The All Americans” (NC)
Beavercreek “Friends” (NC)
News and Notes
Things in large mixed are almost settled as many groups approach the end of their season. There were no changes in the rankings this week.
Small Mixed
Ross “Legacy” (4 first-place votes, no change)
Euclid “Varsity Chorale” (NC)
North Royalton “Royal Harmony” (NC)
Garfield Heights “Music Express” (NC)
Twinsburg “Great Expectations” (NC)
Alliance “Jet Setters” (NC)
Buckeye Valley “Visions” (+2)
Kenton “Top Twenty” (-1)
Edgewood “Choraliers” (-1)
Teays Valley “Prominent Rendition” (NC)
News and Notes
There are minor changes after the last weekend in February. Buckeye Valley continues to show their prowess this season, earning another Best Vocals caption and Tier II finals appearance.
Single-Gender
Marysville “Swingers Select” (4 first-place votes, no change)
Fairfield “Pure Elegance” (+2)
Loveland “Allure” (-1)
Olentangy “She-Notes” (-1)
Grove City “Class Act” (NC)
News and Notes
Similarly to large mixed, things in the single-gender division are settling into place. After missing finals at Loveland, Pure Elegance won their division and placed fifth in overall finals at Ross, moving them up again in the rankings.
